The job security of Bengals HC Zac Taylor has come into question with the team set to miss the playoffs for a third straight year. ESPN’s Dan Graziano writes that Bills OC Joe Brady would be the guy to watch if Cincinnati makes a move, but he doesn’t expect them to fire Taylor in the end.

Dan Graziano of ESPN writes that people are keeping an eye on the Browns potentially making a move from HC Kevin Stefanski this offseason, noting that Stefanski could still be a candidate for other jobs if Cleveland decides to move on from him.
ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler thinks Stefanski could be the “strongest retread candidate” if Cleveland lets him go. Fowler could see the Giants being an “ideal fit” for him.
Fowler senses that Dolphins HC Mike McDaniel would become a candidate for the Browns if Miami makes a change.
Fowler expects Browns GM Andrew Berry to be back in 2026, given the general manager has been operating as if he’ll return.
Graziano hasn’t heard anything about Berry’s job being in jeopardy.

Although Jeremy Fowler of ESPN senses that teams in search of a new head coach will be keeping an eye on the result of the Ravens and Steelers’ Week 18 game, he doesn’t expect Baltimore to move on from John Harbaugh regardless of how Sunday plays out.
ESPN’s Dan Graziano reports that he’s heard nothing from people within the organization about them contemplating a move from Harbaugh.
Fowler adds that he doesn’t anticipate Harbaugh initiating an exit from Baltimore with three years left on his contract.
However, Fowler writes that there is some intrigue around the league about whether Harbaugh and owner Steve Bisciotti will have “big-picture talks” about the future.
Graziano thinks Harbaugh would “top the wishlist” for any team with an opening.
If Harbaugh stays, other staff changes could be on the table. ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler notes people around the league are eyeing Ravens DC Zach Orr as a potential firing candidate since the defense has regressed from 10th to 25th.
There are also some questions about OC Todd Monken. Baltimore has regressed from first to 16th, and Fowler mentions questions about Monken’s usage of RB Derrick Henry and chemistry with QB Lamar Jackson.
Monken was a person of interest in Michigan’s head coaching search, per Fowler, and signed a new extension with the Ravens last year.
