Friday Discussion: Which safety prospect do you want for the Bengals?

Georgia’s Malaki Starks leads the way for this year’s crop of safety prospects.

Happy Good Friday, Bengals fans!

With the NFL Draft almost here, safety remains one of Cincinnati’s bigger needs on defense. Neither Geno Stone nor Jordan Battle showed enough to ensure they remain full-time starters moving forward, so it won’t be a shock if the Bengals take a safety with one of their six draft selections.

Our good friend John Sheeran made the case for the Bengals being the first team to take a safety in this year’s draft.

the bengals could take the first safety in the draft.

between malaki starks and nick emmanwori, they’d get a great player with legit potential, but their differences are notable.

So it got me wondering: If the Bengals take a safety in this year’s draft, who do you want it to be?

Would you want it to be a first-round pick on Georgia’s Malaki Starks or South Carolina’s Nick Emmanwori? Or maybe you like Notre Dame’s Xavier Watts in Round 2?

Can I interest you in a Day 3 pick on Ohio State’s Lathan Ransom?
