Cincinnati Bengals wideout Tee Higgins is a popular guy right now.
While Joe Burrow just put the Bengals on notice in a national interview again when it comes to the front office keeping Higgins and Ja’Marr Chase, others are bringing up Higgins as a fit for other teams.
One of the most prominent examples comes from Mike Florio of NBC Sports, who suggests the Buffalo Bills need to go all-in on getting Higgins.
“I would go after Tee Higgins if I (were) the Buffalo Bills,” Florio said. “I said that the other day, and I know there’s a bunch of other teams that presumably will be interested. The Bills could get the most out of him.”

Those Bills, however, keep warning fans that they won’t be big spenders this off-season. That smacks true, considering they’re currently more than $10 million over the salary cap.
Still, the point stands — other teams will view Higgins as a No. 1 worth going all-in for and some of them will have the cap space to make it happen.
That’s why the Bengals preventing Higgins from even getting to the open market and letting bidding wars start is critical — to the point we probably shouldn’t forget they could just slap a second franchise tag on him.
