The biggest news this past week was the Patriots and what their people may or may not have done on the sidelines. But the most awesome thing is what happened after the game.
Bruh.. I still can’t believe I shook @TomBrady hand today and had a lil conversation with him I ain’t gone lie I wanted to ask for his jersey but was too scared to ask

How great is that?!? Honestly, I think I’d act the same way if I’d met Tom Brady. Though I probably wouldn’t be able to say too much to him because I think I’d just be speechless. Wait, I take that back. I’d probably say something about when he was in college at Michigan and how I used to listen to him play on the radio when I was at one of my jobs or something fan-ish like that.
I also think it’s cool because it’s hard to imagine a player still being nervous around someone like Tom Brady. I guess when you’ve watched him during his career and you get to play against him, sort of…he’s a running back, so he’s not on the field at the same time…but you get what I mean. It leaves you a little star-struck, and we all get star struck sometimes. (Well, most of us… OTFB’s Dayna O’Gorman supposedly doesn’t get star-struck, but I’m not sure I believe her. Just messing with ya cousin!)
Then Joe Mixon said this:
Bro @TomBrady just made my Yearthis is crazy! Man I’m so blessed to be playing this game! Just know one is on the way for ya brotha

With sometimes how crazy this sport can be, it’s really fun to see the athletes do stuff like this. It goes to show that yes, they really are like all of us everyday fans. They are people who grew up watching the game, having favorite teams and players.
On another note, while Mixon had a rocky start to his professional career off the field, I’m glad to see that he’s been able to make the most of a second chance. I hope he’s able to continue to do well.
