The star wide receiver is confident in his b-ball skills.
Tee Higgins has reached the pinnacle of football, becoming one of the very best players in the NFL.
But the wide receiver believes he could’ve also gone pro in basketball.
Malik Wright interviewed Higgins and asked him, “If you didn’t pursue football, do you think you would’ve made it into the NBA?”
“I mean I can’t… you know what, yeah. I feel like I would’ve had a good chance, especially if I worked on my skills like I did with football.”
Is he right?
Higgins is a bulky 6’4”, so to make it into the NBA, he would’ve either had to been a defensive specialist, a sharp shooter, an elite playmaker, or a guy with ridiculous hops to get over defenders.
