Former Kentucky Wildcats signee Acaden Lewis has found his new home.
On Thursday, Lewis committed to the Villanova Wildcats, according to ESPN’s Jonathan Givony.
The 6-foot-2, 170-pound Lewis originally committed to Kentucky in the fall of 2024, picking the Wildcats while holding offers from UConn, North Carolina, Kansas, Louisville, Michigan, and Duke, among others.
In the final class of 2025 recruiting rankings at ESPN and On3, Lewis was ranked 50th and 31st, respectively.
Ironically, Lewis will team up with former Kentucky point guard Devin Askew, who recently committed to Villanova for his final season of college basketball.
With Lewis now finding a new home and Travis Perry still in the transfer portal, Mark Pope is working frantically to find one more player for next season. However, with the calendar turning to May, time is running out to find that final addition, whether it be from the transfer portal, the high school ranks, or the international circuit.
