Another name to add to the visit list.
Mark Pope and his staff are filling out their big board for the class of 2026 as they look to make some noise on the recruiting trail once again.
As the AAU season winds down, players will begin planning their fall visits to explore different campuses they might call home.
That is the case for 4-star wing Anthony Felesi.
The 6-foot-5 and 180-pound wing from Hurricane (UT) spoke with Jacob Polacheck of KSR recently and mentioned a visit being planned to check out Lexington.
Felesi also detailed a potential timeline for his commitment:
“I’ll start taking visits at the start of my senior year, and my commitment will probably be mid-year of my senior year,” Felesi said to Polacheck. “My main goal is to get to that second contract in the NBA. It’s about the development part and playing right away once I get into the league.”
The offer list is impressive for Felesi, including UCLA, Louisville, Villanova, BYU, Oregon, and several others. He’s currently ranked as high as 42nd overall in his class by On3.
With the Cats remaining involved, a visit could help propel them to the top of the list. It’s still early, but the Utah connections could help Kentucky in this one.
Add another name to the list to monitor as the fall recruiting period ramps up.
