Another get for the Big Blue Wall.
The Kentucky Wildcats have landed another transfer.
On Wednesday, Kentucky scored a commitment from James Madison offensive lineman Cameron Jones, according to 247 Sports reporter Matt Zenitz. Jones will have three seasons of eligibility remaining. He recently took a visit to Lexington before officially becoming a Wildcat.
Originally an unranked class of 2023 recruit, Jones redshirted in his first season at James Madison. This past season, the 6-foot-6, 310-pound Jones logged five snaps on special teams. He’s expected to play offensive tackle for Kentucky but shouldn’t be someone who logs meaningful snaps in 2025.
Check out some high school highlights of Jones, who played offensive tackle and defensive tackle at Weir High School in West Virgnia.
