Believe it or not, Charles Bediako has filed an appeal to the Alabama supreme court and hopes to continue playing for the Crimson Tide while the appeal is pending.
“He is seeking interim injunctive relief *allowing him to play* while the appeal is pending,” says Nick Kelly of AL.com.
Bediako, who has signed multiple professional contracts, returned to Alabama briefly while his case was being decided. His injunction was denied several weeks back, which effectively ended his college career. Or DID it?
