All three of Kentucky’s transfers have found their next home. Clara Silva is headed to TCU, Saniah Tyler is headed to Missouri, and now, Tanah Becker is headed to George Washington.
The 6-foot-1 guard recently announced her commitment to the Revolutionaries. After spending her freshman season in Lexington, Becker is set to compete in the Atlantic 10. She was originally recruited to Kentucky by Kyra Elzy before signing with Cats following Kenny Brooks‘ hiring.
Prior to her time at Kentucky, she played for the 16U Canadian National Team. Additionally, she was a 2x Canadian All-Star in the WNBA Without Borders camp, and she was selected to the All-Canada Games team in 2023 and 2024. In 2023, Becker was also named the MVP of the NBA Global Academy.
Becker played in four games at Kentucky, averaging 1.8 points and 0.5 steals per game. Her best game in the blue and white came in the season opener against USC Upstate, recording five points in the 98-43 win.
