Dallas Dickerson becomes the 10th commit in Kentucky’s 2026 class, choosing the Wildcats over Oklahoma and Georgia Tech.
Kentucky football continues to build momentum on the recruiting trail, securing the commitment of class of 2026 3-star wide receiver Dallas Dickerson out of Bogart, Georgia.
The announcement came on Tuesday via Instagram.
The 6-foot-1, 180-pound playmaker chose the Wildcats over Oklahoma and Georgia Tech, citing Kentucky’s coaching staff, offensive scheme, and long-term development plan as key reasons for his decision.
“What ultimately led me to choose Kentucky was because of the overall coaching staff and the plan they had for me and how their offense would prepare me for the NFL,” Dickerson tells A Sea of Blue
Dickerson highlighted Kentucky’s honest and consistent communication throughout the recruiting process.
“What stood out about UK recruiting was that they kept it real and were fully transparent with everything that had to do with football itself and about the program.”
Wide receivers coach L’Damian Washington also played a major role in the commitment.
“Coach Washington was definitely a huge role. Him as a person/character and as a coach,” Dickerson says. “What I like most about Coach (L’Damian) Washington’s approach is that he is determined to develop me as one of the best receivers to ever play the game at the next level.”
Known for his explosiveness, speed, and ability to separate from defenders, Dickerson believes he fits well in Kentucky’s system.
“They like to look at me as a combo guy, meaning I can play multiple positions as a wideout, which ultimately increases opportunity and growth.”
Dickerson becomes another dynamic weapon in Kentucky’s growing 2026 class. His commitment marks the tenth addition to the Wildcats’ 2026 class, which also includes:
- Jordan Crutchfield, CB (3-star)
- Messiah Tilson, S (3-star)
- Prince Jean, WR (3-star)
- Davis McCray, WR (3-star)
- Cameron Miller, T (3-star)
- Max Mohring, LB (Unranked)
- Delvecchio “Deuce” Alston II, RB (Unranked)
- Lincoln Watkins, TE (3-star)
- Isaiah McMillian, CB (Unranked)
Mark Stoops and his staff continue to stockpile versatile talent, and Dickerson’s commitment further solidifies Kentucky’s bright future on offense.
