Kentucky just added added five scholarship transfers to the wide receiver room for the 2025 season but this remains a position of need for the program after adding five high school signees in the 2025 high school cycle. New position coach L’Damian Washington has multiple targets locked in for official visits.
Justin Williams is a top-200 prospects who will be in Lexington for an official visits from May 31-June 1 in two weeks. The Cats made the final cut in this blue-chip recruitment. UK is a finalist along with Florida, Florida State, Indiana, and Missouri.

“It wasn’t easy narrowing it down, but these five programs stood out to me because of the relationships I’ve built with the coaching staffs, the competitiveness of the programs and how I see myself fitting into their offensive systems,” Williams told On3’s Steve Wiltfong.
“I’ve been looking for a program where I can grow on and off the field, and each of these schools offer something special in that regard. If I keep putting in the extra work, I feel like I could thrive in any of these programs and contribute early.”
Justin Williams is the No. 190 overall player in the 2026 On3 Industry Ranking and the No. 25 player in the Sunshine State. Kentucky offered the four-star prospect on Feb. 15 and got an official visit scheduled to begin a very busy June. Williams went over 1,000 yards receiving and over 1,000 yards rushing with 30 total touchdowns during his junior campaign.
The prospect is a generator with the ball in his hands. Kentucky will attempt to close on the blue-chipper when he makes the trek to Lexington.
