The #ElzyEra is officially in full effect.
Season tickets for the 2021-22 Kentucky Women’s Basketball Team went on sale Tuesday morning. This will be the first full season with Kyra Elzy as head coach after she was made interim head coach prior to the start of the 2020-21 season before being awarded the full-time job a few weeks later. Tickets can be found at UKathletics.com/tickets. If you are waiting to renew your season tickets, that information will be sent out at a later date.

If you want to watch Rhyne Howard’s senior season in person, it won’t cost you much, either. General admission bench seating is going for $60 per ticket or $50 if you purchase four or more at the same time. Upper-level reserved chairbacks and lower-level reserved bench seating are available for $80 per ticket.
According to UK’s press release, here is what you’ll receive if you buy season tickets.
– Savings over the cost of buying single-game tickets
– Priority seating for games held at Rupp Arena, based upon K Fund priority ranking
– Priority access to postseason tickets
– Five (5) K Fund priority points with purchase of two or more season tickets
– Opportunity to renew and upgrade your seat location each season, based on availability
– Access to electronically manage your tickets online through My UK Account
While we don’t know the full regular-season schedule just yet, UK did tease the intraconference home games that will take place at Memorial Coliseum: Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, South Carolina, Texas A&M, and Vanderbilt.
After a disappointing end in the NCAA Tournament back in March, the ‘Cats will once again have a deep roster with talent across the board. Coach Elzy lost full-time starter KeKe McKinney along with backup point guard Kameron Roach to the transfer portal while starting point guard Chasity Patterson graduated. But Kentucky will bring back the rest of the roster with the addition of first-year point guard Jada Walker.
Go get those tickets, BBN.
