The Bat Cats learn their NCAA Tournament fate.
Good Monday morning!
After the Kentucky Wildcats had a less-than-stellar showing in Hoover, going 1-2 with a lone win against Arkansas, the Wildcats fell from their projected No. 1 overall seed.
Now, it looks as if Tennessee, who captured the SEC Tournament crown on Sunday, will be the No. 1 overall seed.
Don’t fret, however. Kentucky is still projected as the No. 2 overall seed by D1 Baseball heading into to today, hosting in Lexington. In their ‘projected’ region are Nebraska, TCU, and Northern Kentucky.
Other notable projections from the SEC include (1) Tennessee, (4) Texas A&M, (5) Arkansas, (9) Georgia, (16) Mississippi State, Vanderbilt, Florida, LSU, South Carolina, and Alabama.
You can watch the selection show at Noon today on ESPN2 or online on Watch ESPN or any streaming service.
