Q is headed to the Big D. With the 192nd pick in the sixth round of the NFL Draft, the Dallas Cowboys select Quinton Bohanna.

The Tennessee Class 6A Mr. Football finalist and three-time all-state player arrived in Lexington in 2017 and made an immediate impact. Bohanna played in 12 of 13 games, starting in the last five as a true freshman, and just blossomed from there. In his next two seasons, Bohanna was a mainstay on the interior of that daunting Kentucky defense that produced five NFL draft picks during his time.
In 2020, Bohanna had his breakout year, racking up multiple All-SEC honors and tallying 10 tackles, three QB hits, and two TFLs. Clearly, interior lineman typically don’t hang up huge numbers on the boards, but Bohanna played a pivotal role in his four seasons at UK, helping lead Kentucky to three bowl wins in four appearances. He joins Kelvin Joseph in Dallas for the 2021 draft class.
Earlier this week Vince Marrow hinted that Bohanna would end up in Dallas on BBN Tonight.
“I think it’s going to shock people where he gets drafted.”
