Former Kentucky football star Josh Hines-Allen announced on X Friday afternoon that his son, Wesley, was diagnosed with leukemia seven months ago.

Hines-Allen credited Nemours Children’s Health for their efforts in assisting Wesley in his battle with cancer and shared that — in honor of their son’s strength — the Hines-Allen family’s Four One For All Foundation is planning to launch ‘Four One For Hope’ which will give back to four cancer-focused non-profits each month of this year’s NFL season.
