Zoom Action breaks down Kentucky’s skilled and physical wings in 2025-26

May 12, 2025 by Kentucky Sports Radio

KSR’s Zoom Action duo of Zack Geoghegan and Brandon Ramsey are back again with another edition of your favorite Kentucky basketball breakdown podcast. A week ago, it was about the frontcourt, digging into the four-man group of Brandon Garrison, Jayden Quaintance, Andrija Jelavic and Malachi Moreno — unfortunately posted right before Reece Potter’s commitment to make it five bigs. This time? It’s all about the wings.

They cheated a bit, including Alabama transfer Mo Dioubate in a group that also includes Tulane transfer Kam Williams and returning sophomore Trent Noah. But hey, you gotta do what you gotta do when numbers are tight, at least until we get clarity on Otega Oweh‘s draft decision to go with the other guards. That’s gonna be a heavier video, obviously, so why not spread some of the love now?

What are the Wildcats getting in that trio of Dioubate, Williams and Noah in 2025-26? And how much better can that group be compared to Mark Pope’s first in Lexington? One thing is for certain: these guys will be much more athletic and physical than what we saw a year ago.

Tune in below:
