The Reds also have an Astudillo!

Reiver Sanmartin – 7 IP, 5 H, 1 ER, 1 BB, 7 K
Reiver “Lives!” Sanmartin was freaking fantastic. He allowed only an earned run over seven innings on five hits, one walk, while striking out seven. Phillip “Huge” Diehl struck out four in two innings of perfect relief. He’s also sitting with a 1.29 ERA in fourteen innings, you know if the Reds happen to need a reliever or something like that. TJ Friedl went 3 for 4, Narciso “Not A” Crook went 1 for 4 with a walk, and so did Brantley “Ring My” Bell who also scored a run. Crook and Bell also pulled off the rare feat of playing some weird musical chairs between RF and 1B with both being listed at both positions and changing twice mid-game. Weirdos.
Ricky “Spittin” Salinas was ok. He allowed three earned over five innings on four hits, three walks, while striking out seven. “Ed, Edd, and” Eddy Demurias struck out four in two scoreless innings, and JC “Ivory” Keys struck out two in one scoreless. Lorenzo Cedrola went 2 for 4 with a run scored, and Yoel “Yeti” Yanqui doubled, walked, and scored a run.
Noah Davis was quite serviceable (4 IP, 4 H, 1 ER, 1 BB, 4 K). Jacques “Machu” Pucheu struck out three in two scoreless innings, and Braxton “Night At The” Roxby struck out three in 1.1 scoreless to pick up the save. Alex “McStrong” McGarry went 2 for 4 with a double, dinger, four RBI, and a run scored, and Mike “The Franchise” Siani, who has been struggling this season, hit his first homerun of the season. Free and Ozuna went 2 for 4 with Free also hitting a double and stealing a base.
James “Booty” Proctor started off hot but didn’t finish well. The first three innings he did not give up a run but he gave up four earned over the fourth and the fifth (5 IP, 4 H, 4 ER, 4 BB, 6 K). The bullpen was really bad outside of Juan “Headache Cure” Abril who struck out two over an inning of shutout relief. Gus “The Bus” Steiger went 2 for 4 with a walk and a stolen base, and Reyny “River” Reyes went 2 for 5 with a RBI, run scored, and a stolen base. Danny Lantigua doubled in a run and walked, and Wilfred Astudillo, who I just learned is literally Willians Astudillo’s brother and must be called up now, went 1 for 3 with two walk. I just assume he’s awesome.
